Any individual reservation that is not canceled prior to 72 hours in advance of scheduled arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of one night’s room & tax. Deposits for individual reservations are fully refundable if the reservation is canceled prior to 72 hours in advance of the scheduled arrival.
