The safety issues present in utility-scale solar projects and commercial-scale PV rooftops are more prevalent than owners may realize. Based on a sample of hundreds of project sites, CEA found up to 97% of sites had significant safety and fire risks. The good news is that the most common and serious issues can be resolved relatively easily.
