For your convenience, we have partnered with Connections Housing to negotiate exclusive, affordable group rates for GridTECH Connect Forum attendees at hotels near the Orange County Convention Center. The room blocks are expected to fill up quickly so please take the time to make your reservations as soon as possible.

*The last day to book your hotel room at a discounted rate is January 24, 2024. 

• Cancellation policy:

  • In order to avoid any cancellation fees, please make sure your reservation is canceled on, or before, January 10, 2024. Reservations canceled after this date are subject to the following penalties:

    • January 11–22 - $50 cancellation fee

    • January 23–Up to Arrival - $100 cancel fee

      ***This is in addition to any hotel cancellation policies and are nonrefundable***

For attendees who plan on driving, the Orange County Convention Center operates on-site vehicle parking at both our West and our North-South Buildings. Additional parking is also offered at the Destination Parkway Garage.

Parking rates vary upon vehicle size and entry time. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who plan on driving to the convention center, event-specific parking areas will be listed on roadway signage on International Drive, Universal Boulevard and the surrounding area.

Overnight parking is not allowed at the Orange County Convention Center.

• The OCCC is close to the airport, dining, and entertainment. Plenty of parking and nearby hotels. Pedestrian bridges and pedicabs are available for easy access and approved taxi companies for pick-up. Convenient routes via State Road 528 (Beachline) and Interstate 4 (I-4). LED signs guide you to the closest available event parking.
