Brandon leads Nexamp’s Grid Integration organization responsible for driving the strategy and execution for Distribute Generation (DG) and Utility Scale solar and storage interconnections. His team is tasked with driving project level execution for solar and storage and strategic level innovation to help shape alternate utility interconnection methods.

Brandon brings extensive operations leadership experience spanning multiple industries, including more than a decade in the energy industry. Much of this time has been focused on advancing energy efficiency, distributer energy resource (DER) Integration and associated workforce and economic development initiatives. Prior to joining Nexamp, Brandon served as Interim Managing Director, providing strategic direction and oversight over the District of Columbia Sustainable Energy Utility for VEIC. Brandon spent ten years with Pepco Holdings, one of the largest energy delivery companies in the Mid-Atlantic region, leading the smart grid and DER interconnection functions and overseeing the successful interconnection of over 75,000 DER resources across southern New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and District of Columbia.

Brandon earned his MBA from Georgetown University and holds a B.S. in Management from Hampton University.
