Chris Moris has worked in the renewable energy industry with a focus on Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) for the past 10 years. At SolarCity he built out the design and engineering processes for solar on Military Housing, Electric Vehicle Charging, and oversaw the launch of the first Tesla Home Batteries; later moving on to Sunrun where he commercialized the first scale home battery product “Brightbox”. At PG&E his work centers around networked microgrids, vehicle-to-grid, and Grid Edge Computing (AMI 2.0).
