Crystal Stiles is executive director of development, distributed technologies and mobility (DT&M) at Florida Power & Light Company (FPL). Under her leadership, DT&M is expanding FPL EVolution, a growing electric vehicle network including public charging, residential charging and fleet electrification. Crystal also oversees the development of microgrids and emerging technologies. Previously, she led FPL’s Office of Economic Development, which received numerous recognitions and helped hundreds of companies locate or expand in Florida, creating over 30,000 jobs. Crystal serves on several boards and graduated from Leadership Florida Cornerstone Class XXXVII. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mary Baldwin College and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
