Devin Rauss is the Principal Manager of the Grid Strategy & Policy team within the Asset Strategy & Planning organization at Southern California Edison. The Grid Strategy & Policy team is focused on advancing SCE’s electric system, with an emphasis on distribution, to ensure SCE and the state are able to achieve our clean energy and GHG reduction goals. The team develops key strategies & roadmaps to guide internal work and engages in regulatory proceedings to share SCE’s vision externally. Devin started at SCE in 2007 as an Engineer, and since then has had a variety of roles in Customer Service, Regulatory Affairs, and Strategic Planning, with a focus on integrating customer devices into the broader utility ecosystem. Devin is a licensed Professional Engineer and has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
