Dexter Hendricks is a Renewable Grid Interconnection Project Manager in the Solar Energy Technologies Office (SETO) supporting the Strategic Analysis and Institutional Support (SAIS) team. Dexter joined SETO in February 2023 and his work contributes to the team’s mission of reducing solar soft costs by supporting the Interconnection Innovation Exchange (i2X) initiative focused on promoting simpler, faster, and fairer interconnection of clean energy resources in both the bulk power and distribution grids. Prior to joining SETO, Dexter worked as a solar developer for 7 years where he managed interconnection departments coordinating the interconnection of residential solar projects in 24 states and over 300 utilities.
