Emma Marshall-Torres serves as Regulatory Affairs Manager within Convergent Energy and Power's Government Affairs Department. In her role, Emma engages with state, utility, industry, and community representatives to further policies and programs supporting effective, innovative distributed storage and solar plus storage solutions. Prior to her time at Convergent, she worked in DOE's Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, & Emergency Response and management consulting for energy innovation and utility modernization. Originally from Cape Cod, she holds an Environmental Analysis & Policy degree from Boston University and presently resides in New York.
