Fathalla Eldali is a Sr. distribution optimization engineer with the integrated grid team. He works with matters related to electric power systems in both transmission and distribution (T&D). Since he joined NRECA, he has been working with the T&D Engineering Committee and supporting the system planning subcommittee. Fathalla received his master’s and PhD degrees from Colorado State University. His background is in power systems, power electronic converters, and rotating machines design and drives. His main areas of focus are electric power systems analysis, planning and operation, and integration of renewable energy resources.
