Frank serves as Vice President of Permitting for the Carpionato Group.

Frank is a former member of the Rhode Island State Legislature, House member for over 10 years representing Cranston, as well as part of the RI Legislative management leadership team. Frank Montanaro Sr, was President of the RI State AFL-CIO and very influential business and labor leader.  Frank, Jr continues in his father’s tradition and continues to amass influence with political and policy leaders.  Since leaving elected office, Frank served as the head of facilities at Rhode Island College and serves on a number of RI State boards and commissions.
