Harris Eisenhardt is a Market Design Specialist at the New York Independent System Operator. His work focuses on market design integration of distributed energy resources into the New York wholesale electricity markets. Harris holds a BS in Sustainable Energy Management from the SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry and an MS in Energy Policy & Climate from Johns Hopkins University.
