Jasmie Guan is the Senior Specialist, Interconnection Policy at AES Clean Energy. Her work focuses on interconnection queue reforms and transmission planning stakeholder initiatives across the WECC and FERC with the goal of influencing meaningful policy reforms to accelerate the future of clean energy.  Prior to joining AES Clean Energy, she was a California Regulatory Affairs Associate at the California ISO where she managed the California ISO’s engagement in regulatory proceedings across California regulatory agencies, including resource adequacy and integrated resource planning. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Studies from California State University, Sacramento and is currently a Master’s Candidate in Energy Regulation and Law at Vermont Law and Graduate School.
