Leslie has worked as an engineer for the past 18 years with the California Air Resources Board (CARB), where she currently supports CARB’s regulatory programs that compel manufacturers and heavy-duty fleets to transition to zero-emission technology. She works with utilities and other agencies that strive to establish critical ZEV infrastructure needed to support CARB’s bold regulations that will ultimately phase out the combustion-based heavy-duty vehicles and off-road equipment and their associated particulate, smog-forming, and climate change emissions.
