Rick serves as Nexamp’s VP for Business Development in the western U.S., providing strategic direction and oversight of business development activities in the region.

Previously, Rick worked as Vice President of Sales for OnSwitch, Inc., an online portal for solar project development, and EnSync Energy, a provider of energy storage technologies. Prior to those roles, Rick spent 13 years in sales leadership at SunPower Corp and PowerLight Corp.

Rick holds a B.A. in history from the University of California at Berkeley, and B.S. in industrial engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Outside his duties at Nexamp, Rick is a member of his hometown Planning Commission, and enjoys any opportunity to hike and kayak with his wife and family.
