Sam Berger is a Client Services Director for Utilities at Slalom. With a background in strategy and operations consulting, Sam has worked with utility clients for nine years in transmission & distribution, geospatial information services, asset management, capital planning, IT implementation, and grants management. As an experienced facilitator and process improvement expert, Sam partnered with Portland General on their most recent assessment of the impacts of moving from a serial to cluster study process. Sam is also one of the leaders of the Slalom Global Utility team, bringing global insights to local clients.
