Stacy Miller
Stacy Miller is a contract Solar Soft Cost Analyst with the U.S. Department of Energy's Strategic Analysis and Institutional Support Team. Informed by her background as a former solar installation company owner, solar researcher, and solar program specialist, Stacy is passionate about collaborating with all levels of government, business, utilities, developers, and communities to advance an equitable, prosperous clean energy economy.
Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy from the University of Minnesota. She received the Minnesota Solar Energy Industries Association's Ralph Jacobson Lifetime Achievement in Solar award in 2017.
